Award Guideline

Award Guideline

Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 20 of 2017 concerning professional allowances for lecturers and honorary allowances for professors requires lecturers to compile scientific papers and publish them, either directly published in journals or disseminated first through scientific forums. The publication of scientific papers is a medium for lecturers to contribute to the development of science and technology, as well as to disseminate it to the public. The achievements of a lecturer in producing published scientific works and inventions that manifest into Intellectual Property Rights are the main benchmarks that illustrate the professionalism of lecturers as scientists.

This Award Program is a real testament to the seriousness of Universitas Trisakti in acknowledging members of USAKTI’s academic community who have actively contributed to improving the existence of Universitas Trisakti, both nationally and on a broader scale. The awards given include awards for activities that produce:

  • Scientific Works published online in non-accredited National Journals, SINTA-accredited National Journals, International Journals, Reputable International Journals, National Proceedings with ISBN and Reputable International Proceedings.
  • Intellectual Property Rights in the form of patents, simple patents, industrial designs, copyrights

In addition, awards were also presented to lecturers who played an active role as:

  • Manager of Journal or Scientific Periodical
  • Reviewer

This Award Guideline is prepared with the aim that Universitas Trisakti has a standard for awarding lecturers, including a mechanism for a proposer to recommend a candidate up until the acceptance of the award, through a multilevel examination process at the Faculty all the way to the University through the Research Institute. Award proposals are made every semester, namely in October and April in each year.

Permanent Lecturers of Universitas Trisakti can propose awards independently, but each proposal needs to be checked by their respective Faculty. Further information about the Award Proposal is as follows:
