Research Guidelines

Every higher education institution is expected to manage research that meets the standards outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Permenristekdikti) Number 44 of 2015 concerning National Higher Education Standards, specifically regarding the scope and explanation of National Research Standards . The Trisakti University Research Institute is tasked with formulating technical research policies, evaluating research implementation within the university, and conducting multidisciplinary research activities funded either by the university or by external sources. Research management must be conducted professionally and in accordance with established standards to ensure effective execution and to provide optimal benefits for teaching and community service activities. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to compile a Research Guideline Handbook to serve as a reference for relevant stakeholders—researchers, evaluators/reviewers, and funding agencies—in carrying out the research process, from proposal development to the generation of research outputs and innovative products. This Research Guideline Handbook has been developed in compliance with National Research Standards, covering: Research Output Standards, Research Content Standards, Research Process Standards, Research Assessment Standards, Researcher Standards, Research Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Research Management Standards, and Research Funding and Financing Standards. 2022 Research Implementation Guidelines [download here]

It is expected that the 2022 Universitas Trisakti Research Guidelines will provide a more comprehensive and integrated overview of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (*Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi*). In addition to covering technical matters, this new edition outlines fundamental policies and other detailed provisions. Some of these align with documents such as the Research Master Plan, National Research Priorities, and the National Research Master Plan (2017–2045). These Research Guidelines form an integral part of a unified framework alongside the Universitas Trisakti Strategic Plan (2020–2030), the Research Master Plan (2020–2030), the 2018 Research Code of Ethics, the Operational Guidelines for Credit Point Assessment, and the Universitas Trisakti Awards Guidelines.
