Vision

To become a reliable, internationally reputed institution for research and community service that upholds local values in the development and application of science, technology, arts, and culture, thereby enhancing the quality of life and civilization.

Mission

  • Enhance human resource capabilities in developing science, technology, arts, and culture through environmentally conscious research and community service within the framework of sustainable development.
  • Advance the development of science, technology, arts, and culture, guided by the Noble Values of Universitas Trisakti and aiming for international recognition.
  • Disseminate the results of research and community service to the general public.

Objectives

  • Integrate and synergize the management of the Higher Education Three Pillars (Tridharma)—education/teaching, research, and community service—in a consistent, efficient, and effective manner to achieve outcomes aligned with Universitas Trisakti’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives, as well as national policies regarding the downstreaming of research results.
  • Realize the quality improvement and development of science, technology, arts, social sciences and humanities, entrepreneurship, and business at Universitas Trisakti, along with their implementation within society.
  • Facilitate and institutionally coordinate collaborative research and community service activities to enhance mutual synergy between the competencies of Universitas Trisakti academics and the community or the business and industrial sectors.
  • Grant transparent and accountable autonomy for knowledge development to research and development centers, interest groups, lecturers, and students.
  • Provide equal access to research development and community service activities for all regular lecturers and students.

Objectives

  • Production of human resources capable of mastering science, technology, and the arts within their respective disciplines.
  • Availability of high-quality university facilities and infrastructure, including the Research and Community Service Management System.
  • Achievement of integration between the processes and outcomes of research and community service.
  • An increase in the number of lecturers and students involved in research and community service activities.
  • Increased output of research and community service aligned with societal needs—in the form of publications, works with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection, and the application of research and community service results—that achieve international recognition.
  • Establishment and cultivation of relationships for the development of Science, Technology, and the Arts (IPTEKS) through partnerships with other higher education institutions, the business and industrial sectors, government bodies, and civil society organizations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Increased availability of internal research funding and acquisition of external funding.
