Research Group
A research group—or research cluster— is a collection of research activities sharing a similar theme. It also represents an aggregation of individual experiences, backgrounds, and core competencies centered on a common issue or theme. Consequently, such a group brings together researchers from various research groups to address the same issue, utilizing the distinct approaches of each researcher.
Moving forward, it is expected that Research Groups within a specific study program or department will serve as a foundation for interdisciplinary scholarly development across study programs or faculties within Universitas Trisakti. This is made possible by the adoption of a multidisciplinary approach. A research group comprises a collection of research activities sharing a similar theme, as well as a pooling of individual experiences, backgrounds, and core competencies relevant to that theme or issue. Consequently, such a group brings together researchers from diverse backgrounds to address a common issue, utilizing the distinct approaches inherent to each researcher.
Moving forward, it is expected that research groups within a specific study program or department will serve as the foundation for developing interdisciplinary scholarship—spanning study programs or faculties—across Universitas Trisakti. This is made possible by the multidisciplinary approach being adopted.
