Roadmap
Research and Community Service Roadmap 2021-2030 for Lecturers and Students
Universitas Trisakti’s location in an urban area (Jakarta and Jabodetabek) shapes the research outline formulated in the university’s Research Master Plan. This Research Master Plan incorporates the National Research Master Plan (2017–2045), which establishes ten research focus areas, each comprising 3–5 priority topics, as follows:

- Energy – New and Renewable Energy
- Health and Medicine
- Transportation
- Information and Communication Technology
- Defense and Security
- Advanced Materials
- Maritime Affairs
- Disaster Management
- Social Sciences and Humanities – Arts and Culture – Education
The Universitas Trisakti Research Master Plan outlines the expectation that, over a 25-year period, the university will contribute to transforming Jakarta and the Jabodetabek region into a sustainable “Green Jabodetabek.”
Aligned with the university’s vision and mission, the Research Master Plan establishes four priority research focus areas for Universitas Trisakti, as follows:

To realize the Universitas Trisakti Research Master Plan, a Technology Roadmap has been developed. This roadmap outlines the future strategic steps required to achieve these goals, focusing on urban environmental issues and leveraging the institution’s strengths and the expertise of its researchers.
