Technical guidance and assistance with the intellectual property (IP) application process.

  • Promoting research and development programs, particularly those oriented towards intellectual property rights.
  • Conducting the inventory and dissemination of information regarding intellectual property rights for the academic community and the public.
  • Providing information services regarding research and development results in the effort to obtain IPR protection.
  • Assisting the academic community in the process of obtaining intellectual property rights.
  • Accelerating efforts to commercialize intellectual property products
  • Implementing technology transfer programs based on intellectual property
