As an archipelago, Indonesia has a high risk of disaster, be it floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis. It is thus imperative that a well-managed disaster mitigation plan is prepared to minimize the risk and impact of the disaster. One critical area for disaster mitigation is housing, and because of this importance, Universitas Trisakti’s Research and Community Service Institute commits to conducting in-depth research and mitigation planning for residential areas in Indonesia.
