Moot Court of Universitas Trisakti’s Faculty of Law – Legal Learning Center held a Webinar on Legal Agreements, with a theme focused on Commercial Contract Making Practices, on 23-27 August 2021, at 13.00-15.30, online via Zoom.

On the first day, the event began with an opening remark from Syahrazad Balqis, Chairperson of the Faculty level Organization (OTF) for Moot Court, followed by the Secretary General of Parliament, Tantri Benaz.

The second day began with remarks by Dr. Intan Nevia Cahyana, S.H., M.H., as the Supervisor of OTF for Moot Court OTF, continued by Dr. Bambang Sucondro, S.H., M.H. as Deputy Dean III of USAKTI Faculty of Law.

This event was held to explore the technique of making a good and correct commercial contract in accordance with applicable legal provisions. It was attended by around 75 participants.

This event is open to the public, so the participants of this webinar came from various universities and agencies.

In organizing the webinar, we hope that participants are expected to learn theoretically and practically about how to make a commercial contract.
