The Directorate General of Food Crops of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesian Women’s Bachelor Association (ISWI) and supported by Pro Paktani and BTS, held a Public Campaign, Training, and Technical Guidance which took the topic: “Business of Various Porang-Based Products that are Very Prospective in the Global Market”.

The welcome speech at the event will be delivered by Mrs. Irajati Moedahar Sujokoesoemo, SH as the ISWI Trustee. The keynote speech will be delivered by Dr. Ir. Suwandi, M.Si, as Director General of Food Crops, Ministry of Agriculture RI.

The event, which will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, will feature speakers that include:

• Prof. Dr. Ir. Tajuddin Bantacut, M.Sc. (Professor at the Dep.T.I.P., IPB University)
• Paidi (Owner/Director of PT. Paidi Porang Indonesia, Inventor of “Revolution of Incentive Cropping Pattern for Porang)
• Dr. Ir. Retno Sri Endah Lestari, M.Sc., Ph.D. (Chair of ISWI)
• Dr. Herfiani Rizkia, S.T.P., M.Si. (Member of the IPTEK Division at ISWI, Founder of Nusa Karya Inovasi Foundation)

Acting as a moderator in this event is Prof. Dr. Ir. Astri Rinanti, MT, Director of Universitas Trisakti’s Research Institute.
