Lecturers, BIPA activists, and foreign languages from several universities participated in the Digital Book Making Workshop organized by the Office of International Affairs, Culture and Cooperation (KUIKK) of Universitas Trisakti.

The workshop was held offline on August 12-13, 2022, at Campus A Universitas Trisakti. This workshop presented several resource persons who are experts in their fields, namely
Dr. Niknik M. Kuntarto, M. Hum., Dr. Ariani Selviana P., M.Pd., and Randi Ramliyana, M.Pd.

The director of KUIKK, Ir. Agus Guntoro, M.Si., Ph.D., said that the purpose of this activity is to serve as a form of teacher adaptation. “As lecturers, we must harmonize our teaching with consumers, namely generation Z, who are digital natives. If we are late to follow the trend, we will not survive as lecturers.”

In this training, participants were provided with material on managing online/hybrid classes, managing digital teaching materials, designing digital teaching materials, and practicing making digital books with the book creator application.

Participants will also have the opportunity to present their digital book results. Each participant will also receive a certificate from the organization.

The event was then officially closed by the Head of the Cultural Center, Dra. Agustin R. Lakawa, Ph.D., and ended with a group photo.
