On September 10-12, 2021, BEM FK Usakti collaborated with the Indonesian Medical Student Council Association (ISMKI) Region 2 to organize the 2021 Region 2’s LKMM Activity.

LKMM (Student Leadership and Management Exercise) is a training forum for students to deepen their knowledge on leadership and management skills, for them to become qualified leaders, both at the institutional and higher management levels. LKMM at the ISMKI level is carried out in stages, starting from the basic level (in each faculty), regional level, and national level. This activity is organized by the ISMKI Leadership Development (LD) Division under the supervision of the Vice Regional Coordinator of Project Development (VRCPD).

LKMM Region 2 2021, which was held at FK Trisakti, raised the theme FUTURE LEGEND, with a more specific topic on Building the Ultimate Team and Upgrading Yourself To Lead and Grow In Every Condition. This theme contains a special purpose that LKMM Region 2 2021, which is LKMM for the 14th generation, is able to present prospective leaders who can lead in the midst of all situations, including in the current pandemic.

The 2021 Region 2 LKMM activity was attended by 19 Faculties of Medicine throughout DKI Jakarta, West Java, Banten, and West Kalimantan with a total of 71 participants.

6. People SQ, IQ and EQ Management by Dr. Taufik Supriyana Trisaputra
