To improve the quality of lecturers’ scientific work published at the international level, the Forum of Doctors and Professors of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, held a discussion event with the theme “Failproof Tips to Write Scientific Papers” on Thursday 25 February 2021.

The event was held from 10.00 to 12.00 WIB with the speaker Prof. Dr. Tulus Tambunan, MA. who is also the Head of the Doctoral Program in Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Trisakti. He has produced and published books and research results in both national and international journals.

The event was moderated by Ms. Juniati Gunawan, PhD, CSRA, CPGS, CPFS. The FEB Forum of Doctors and Professors (FDGB) is a forum where doctors and professors at FEB can exchange ideas about topics needed by lecturers and share knowledge about the latest issues in the fields of economics, management, business, and accounting.

The discussion program began with a prayer by Dr. Aekram Feisal, SE, MM, followed by a preliminary report presented by Prof. Dr. Mutiara S. Panggabean, ME as Chair of the Universitas Trisakti’s FEB Forum of Doctors and Professors.

This event was opened by Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM as Dean of FEB. In her opening speech, she appreciated scientific discussion events like this and hoped that they would be held regularly. Also present at the event the Deputy Dean I, Deputy Dean II, Deputy Dean IV, and lecturers from FEB Universitas Trisakti.

The participants were very enthusiastic in asking questions and discussing their experiences in writing scientific papers. They really hoped that discussion events like this would continue in the future. Hopefully, after participating in this discussion, there will be more writings and scientific works of FEB lecturers produced and published, and an increase in the quality of the lecturers’ scientific writings.
