In the spirit of upgrading the knowledge and skills of Managers and Editorial Boards of scientific journals, regarding the use of Open Journal System (OJS)-3 as a new platform on the website of scientific journals at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, the Research and Community Service Council (DRPM) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti held OJS-3 Training on Saturday, September 3, 2022, starting from 09.00 – 15.00 WIB.

Mr. Dwi Fajar Saputra S.SOS., MM. provided the training, with material covering in-depth OJS, managing OJS users, uploading Fulltext Back, Journal Issues and OJS editorial management. Each material includes lectures, discussions, and direct practice on the website of each journal manager’s scientific journal.

Representatives of scientific journals who participated in the training (from left to right): Pranoto Iskandar, SH., LL.M. (Journal of Prioris Law – Sinta 3), Rini Purwaningsih, SH., MH (Journal of Criminal Law and Legal Developments), Dr. Arlina Permanasari, Dr. Jun Justinar (TerAs Law Review: Journal of Humanitarian Law and Human Rights), and Abdurrachman Satrio Pratomo, SH., LL.M (Jurnal Amicus Curiae Law Review; which is planned to be a student thesis journal). Another student journal representative, Dr. Narita Adityaningrum (Trisakti Legal Reform Journal) and Journal of the Doctor of Law Study Program, Eni Kurnia Dewi (Jurnal De Lege Ferenda), were also present at the training.

It is hoped that with the skills to operate OJS-3, the quality of journals and the regularity of publishing scientific articles can be guaranteed, thus increasing the status of the journal at the Faculty of Law to become a national journal accredited by Sinta.
